I would like to take a moment to highlight the incredible value of the Professional Mentorship Training I recently completed with Verge. This training has been a turning point in how I approach mentorship—both in clarity and depth. It has helped me understand the importance of self-awareness, setting healthy boundaries, and mentoring with intentionality and impact. I have been equipped with tools that not only strengthen my role as a mentor but also prepare me to develop leaders who can multiply and grow others.

One of the most helpful parts of the training was learning how to guide mentees through personal transformation while remaining rooted in godly character and professionalism. It challenged me to reflect deeply, communicate more effectively, and grow in empathy and leadership. I am especially grateful to our facilitator, Don Easton, for his resilience, dedication, and the powerful way he modeled servant leadership.
