Thank You to the 425 520 Clergy Who Have Contributed to Vital Research!
A heartfelt thank you to the 425 520 participants who have already taken part in Biola University’s groundbreaking research into the health and well-being of Christian leaders. Your insights are helping shape a more effective way to identify early warning signs of unhealth in clergy—and empower timely, transformative action.
This critical study, conducted by Rosemead School of Psychology, is developing a new tool designed to support clergy before a crisis hits. While the study is nearing completion, there’s still time to get involved. We’re aiming for 725 participants, and the survey has been extended to remain open until end of October!
Can you help by sharing this with your networks?
Once completed, this tool will be an invaluable resource not only for personal reflection and coaching but also for:
- Strategic care planning
- Professional development
- Identifying systemic pressures
- Informing succession and leadership pipelines
- Advocating for funding and resources

- Celebrating growth, resilience, and strength
