Can You Help Improve Clergy Health and Vitality?

A team of researchers from Rosemead School of Psychology at Biola University, who are researching to improve the lives of clergy, invite you to participate in their research. Their study is testing a new measure of health for Christian leaders. They hope this tool will become a faster and more effective way of identifying warning signs of poor health to empower clergy to intervene before disaster strikes.

The survey will take approximately forty-five minutes to one hour to complete. At the end of the survey, participants will be taken to a separate Google Form on which they can choose to submit their email address to receive a $5 gift card to Starbucks (first 600 participants) and be entered into a draw to win one of five $50 Amazon cards.

The study assesses the health of Christian leaders, which I developed through qualitative research. “This project aims to establish reliability, validity, and the factor structure for the Healthy Christian Leader Assessment. The sample will be compiled via administering the survey to pastors and priests from around the world to increase the external validity of this measure, amplifying its ability to help pastors stay healthy and joyous in their careers and lives”.
